These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8ace governing your access to and use of the 8ace gaming platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Use of the 8ace Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. The 8ace Platform is operated and regulated for Philippines-based players. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play and that online gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law in your location. 8ace reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
CLAUSE 2.3 — ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSONEach natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) 8ace Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8ace reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any transactions — including deposits, wagers, and winnings — processed through the duplicate account.
CLAUSE 2.4 — SELF-EXCLUSIONIndividuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling activities via PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion programs are not eligible to hold an 8ace Account. If you have self-excluded and believe your exclusion has been registered with 8ace, contact [email protected] immediately if you are able to access the Platform.
To access wagering features on the 8ace Platform, you must complete the registration process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 8ace will send a one-time SMS verification code to your registered number to confirm ownership.
CLAUSE 3.2 — KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)8ace is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to verify the identity of its players. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by providing at minimum one government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's licence, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. 8ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
CLAUSE 3.3 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATIONYou represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be referred to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes fraud.
CLAUSE 3.4 — ACCOUNT SECURITYYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any wagering activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility. 8ace strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. Notify 8ace immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8ace accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the 8ace wallet interface.
CLAUSE 4.2 — SOURCE OF FUNDSBy making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment instrument used. 8ace is required under Philippine AML regulations to monitor transactions for unusual patterns and to file suspicious transaction reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.
CLAUSE 4.3 — DEPOSIT PROCESSINGDeposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 8ace wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. 8ace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank cut-off times, or network downtime outside 8ace's control.
CLAUSE 4.4 — NO CREDIT EXTENDED8ace does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are present in your 8ace wallet at the time of the bet. 8ace has no obligation to inform you when your wallet balance is insufficient for a contemplated wager.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted for any amount of verified real-money funds in your 8ace wallet above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied as described in Section 6.
CLAUSE 5.2 — VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTCompleted KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. 8ace will not process withdrawals on unverified accounts. 8ace may also require re-verification where account details have changed or where a transaction triggers AML review thresholds.
CLAUSE 5.3 — PROCESSING TIMES8ace targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts submitting requests via GCash during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers are subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule. 8ace does not guarantee any specific processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing systems.
CLAUSE 5.4 — WITHDRAWAL CHANNEL MATCHINGFor AML compliance purposes, 8ace's default policy is to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method linked to your account.
8ace may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The specific terms governing each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates — are published on the applicable promotion page within the Platform.
CLAUSE 6.2 — GENERAL BONUS CONDITIONSAny attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated wagering, account duplication, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent is considered bonus abuse. 8ace reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.
Games available on the 8ace Platform are provided by licensed game developers. Each game is governed by its own rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) rate, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and platform matters.
CLAUSE 7.2 — TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONSIn the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error that interrupts a game session, 8ace's gaming system will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, 8ace's decision on the outcome is final. 8ace is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions common on Philippine carrier networks.
CLAUSE 7.3 — MAXIMUM WIN LIMITSCertain games or promotions may carry a maximum win cap. Where a maximum win cap applies, it is displayed within the applicable game or promotion terms. 8ace reserves the right to void winnings in excess of a published maximum win cap.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ace Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement as appropriate:
8ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. CLAUSE 9.2 — SELF-EXCLUSIONAny player who wishes to self-exclude from the 8ace Platform may do so via Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be made. 8ace self-exclusion operates alongside any exclusion registered with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion register.
CLAUSE 9.3 — UNDERAGE PROTECTION8ace strictly prohibits gaming by persons under 21. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, copied, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of 8ace.
CLAUSE 10.2Game content made available through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game developer. 8ace does not claim ownership over third-party game software or branded content licensed for display on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8ace's total liability to any User in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CLAUSE 11.28ace shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from the User's reliance on information published on the Platform that has subsequently become inaccurate; or (d) interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, Philippine network carrier outages, or force majeure events.
CLAUSE 11.3Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 8ace is governed by the 8ace Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 8ace processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
8ace reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
CLAUSE 13.2It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The document reference and effective date shown at the top of this page indicate the current version. The most recent version supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 8ace Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
CLAUSE 14.2 — PAGCOR COMPLAINTSPlayers who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with 8ace through the support process at [email protected] may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. 8ace is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation proceeding.
CLAUSE 14.3 — INTERNAL DISPUTE RESOLUTIONBefore escalating to PAGCOR or any court, you agree to first raise your dispute with the 8ace support team and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 calendar days) for 8ace to investigate and respond. This requirement does not restrict your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
